PaSS car parks offer a convenient solution for Season Ticket holders by allowing them to easily enter and exit the premises using their car registration. By simply adding their car registration to the app, Season Ticket holders can have their number plate scanned at the barrier, streamlining the parking process. It's important to note that PaSS is currently available only at selected Q-Park car parks.

Please ensure that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app. This step is crucial as it ensures that your Season Ticket is correctly linked with your vehicle's car registration, enabling a seamless entry and exit experience using your number plate.

To register your number plate, follow these steps:

1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. You should have received an email prompting you to activate your account when you purchased your Season Ticket.
2. Download the Q-Park app.
3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password.
4. Enter your car registration.

Once you have completed the above steps, the barrier will automatically open as you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed with the aim of enhancing the parking experience for our esteemed Season Ticket holders.
